The lagoon in front of Ras Nungwi Beach Hotel is an excellent place for windsurfing.  Our modern selection of boards and sails mean we have equipment suitable for all levels of experience from beginners to professionals.  The wind blows onshore for a lot of the year and the tides mean you can start off in nice shallow water and move out into the deep when you feel ready.

Kite surfers are welcome here.  We don’t yet offer the courses but are always available to offer advice on conditions, show you the good places to go and to store your gear so you don’t have to carry it all the way from Nungwi each day.

For the sailors out there we can arrange rental of a wide selection of boats including lasers and hobie cats.  Sailing courses can also be booked through us.  Ask for more details.
