The sea in front of Nungwi is calm for most of the year and is a good place for waterskiing.  Our twin hulled speedboat, ‘Kipepeo’, is fast and stable enough to get to you the waterskiing area and powerful enough to have one person skiing while a couple of friends watch.  Our skis are suitable for beginners and our experienced captains can give you some pointers to improve your skills.  We also have mono-skis available.

For those who prefer to be on one board rather than two we have wake-boards available.  We have two different boards in the dive centre so you can see which one suits your style best.  Again, the captains are experienced wake-boarders and can show you new tricks and cool new moves.

For raw adrenalin try the ringos.  These large inflatable rings are pulled behind a boat to at a time at speeds of up to 30mph and bounce across the water while you try to hold on.  Fast turns, big jumps and bumping into your friend in the other ringo can be the very definition of excitement!
