Payment Policy

50% payment by credit card or bank transfer is required to secure confirmation of services; payment of balance is required no less than 30 days prior to start of services.

Cancellation Policy

Fishing, diving courses and groups of 10 or more:
Cancellation fees based on booking total

• 30 days or more prior to start of services - full refund less a 7.5% administrative fee
• 15 - 29 days: 50% of booking total
• 14 - 5 days: 75% of booking total
• Less than 5 days, or no-show: 100% of booking total

All other services including diving, snorkelling and dhow cruises:
Cancellation fees based on booking total

• 30 days or more prior to start of services - full refund less a 7.5% administrative fee
• 15 - 29 days: 25% of booking total
• 14 - 3 days: 50% of booking total
• Less than 72 hours, or no-show: 100% of booking total

Please note: Cancellations due to bad weather or adverse conditions are made at the discretion of Zanzibar Watersports Limited management only and no cancellation fee will be levied in such instances.
